If you want to create a website of your own at the cheapest rate. All you have to do is visit a site like www.godaddy.com or www.domainindia.org and you can register a domain for as less as Rs. 199/-. Once you have done that you need not buy storage space. Just register is www.blogger.com and change the DNS setting in the website. This is very simple and editing also will be very easy.
